EXPERIENCE DESIGN: ASSIGNMENT 2

Experience Design:
Personas & Content Strategy
In this assignment we got the opportunity to work as team and put our UX design skills to the test and apply the knowledge we have gained throughout this course. The assignment was to take the valuable insights from gathering user testimonials and use them to formulate practical strategies for redesigning a travel agency's website. By developing user personas and recommending specific content and features, we made an attempt at translating data analysis into a user-eccentric approach that informs impactful design choices.
We had approximately 30 hours to complete this assignment.

In those hours we spent time on various stages, including research, persona creation, brainstorming, and the creation of a presentation.
